Today, I'd like to share a reform story where a solitaire ring's diamond was transformed into a halo necklace, taking center stage.

From a 0.47ct solitaire ring to the star of your décolletage

The client brought in a solitaire ring with a 0.47ct diamond.

It was a precious item, inherited from her mother.

She consulted us, asking, "Can this diamond be used to make a necklace?"

 

When making the reservation, she also included an image and the size of the diamond in the questionnaire section.

Thanks to this, I was able to prepare one design before her visit, and on the day, we smoothly adjusted the size and feel.

The "grain" of the halo changes the impression

The idea was a classic halo design, with melee diamonds surrounding the center diamond.

As we proceeded, checking the balance of the surrounding diamonds' "grain" and outer diameter, the client had a question:

"Can you surround it with slightly larger diamonds?"

Of course, that's possible.

 

By making the surrounding diamonds a little larger, even with the same halo, the "quality of splendor" changes, and it gains significantly more presence.

We decided to arrange it to maintain a good balance, adjusting the outer size so that the overall piece wouldn't become too large.

 

Beautiful from every angle. The complete form of quiet elegance.

The chain is designed to be adjustable in length to suit different outfits.

We added an adjustment ring at the 42cm mark, with 45cm as the base length.

This balance makes it easy to wear daily, whether over a T-shirt or in a slightly more compact style.

 

The finished necklace features a halo design with a 0.47ct diamond at the center, surrounded by 10 sparkling 2mm diamonds.

The surrounding diamonds are not simply arranged in a line, but set diagonally at an angle.

This creates a three-dimensional effect, like a ballerina's tutu, highlighting depth and elegance.

The chain is directly attached, adding a touch of casual flair.

It's simple, yet each diamond truly shines—

Such "quiet elegance" has been imbued.

Delightful "Aftermath"

In fact, a few days after she entrusted us with this reform, she also ordered a
440 Basic - Diamond Full Eternity Bangle (2ct) (WG) to match this necklace.

I'm sure she's enjoying coordinating them as a set now... and that makes me happy too.

 

From ring to necklace.

By changing its form, it can adapt to a "comfortable shape" in her future life.

It was once again a great pleasure to be part of such assistance.

A single gem inherited from her mother becomes a new light around her neck.

Perhaps inheriting means letting it accompany you in a way that suits your current daily life.
