Q1|Do I have to commit to a request if I consult with you?

A: No. First, we will assess the current condition and discuss your preferences, then provide a general direction and an estimated quote. Please consider them before making your decision.

Q2|Are estimates free?

A: Yes, it's free. Tailoring costs will be quoted on the day or at a later date, depending on the content.

Q3|How long does it take?

A: The first session is estimated to be 60-120 minutes (reserved slot: 120 minutes).

Q4|What is the estimated production time (delivery time)?

A: It depends on the content, but as a guideline, it's about two months. Please consult us if you are in a hurry.

Q5|I'm worried about the condition of the stones and jewelry.

A: After assessing the condition, we will explain the possible methods and precautions before proceeding. If your desired method is difficult due to the condition, we will explain it on the day and propose alternative solutions. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request from a quality and safety perspective.

Q6|Can I also consult you about repairs other than renovations?

Q7|Can I trade in the original frame?

A: Yes, it is possible. Platinum, gold, and silver are eligible for trade-in. If you have any unused jewelry, please bring it with you. Please note that we may not be able to accept items depending on the engraving or condition.
